Trammell Crow Center Social Media

I managed the social media production for Trammell Crow Center (TCC) from 2018-2022. We started by making content that was aimed at getting more tenants to lease office space in the tower. However, as the years went by, we decided that TCC was more than just a building that needed tenants – it is the main focus of the Arts District in Dallas, TX. We pivoted our strategy and began making content to attract people to come to the Arts District whether it be checking out the dozens of places to eat and drink or to visit one of the many museums that call the Arts District home. In 2021, we started making Instagram Reels highlighting local businesses in the Arts District to help further promote the food and entertainment near our client. (TCC Reels) In 2022, TCC sold for an eye-popping $600 million which our client greatly attributed to the success they had on social media.
